#27: Look at this ad. Even though this job advertisement is poking fun at poor employability skills, we all have flaws. Looking at that list and pondering other possible “issues,” which one do you feel employees violate the most? Would you fire him/her for it? How many chances would you give? Do you see students violating these things in the classroom? How should the teacher handle the situation? Use 3-5 sentences to respond. You do not have to answer every question.
I think the one employees tend to violate the most is oversleeping or coming in late. Our generation tends to care more about themselves then what their responsibilities are. They don't think showing up on time is a big deal and so they show up when they see fit. Yes, I would fire them for that, because i am paying them to be here when i tell them to be here. Showing up late is a irresponsible act and shouldn't be taken lightly. Everybody deserves a second chance but, enough soon has to be enough.
